Medical Taping Concept class using CureTape method from the Netherlands

Lymph During the 2 days course we will cover the following subjects:
The basic working mechanism of the lymphatic system
Instructions on the different types of CureTape and their specific uses

The body's own recovery process is stimulated by applying an elastic tape material. The special tape has the same elasticity as the skin and by applying the tape in accordance with the anatomy of the lymphatic system as well as positioning the body in a way that the tape is stretched, lymphatic drainage is stimulated 24 hours a day. The tape lifts the skin a little through which the lumen of the lymph capillaries are opened in the correct direction to redirect the lymph flow. The pressure on the blood vessels is reduced. Moreover, the tape becomes a conductor of interstitial fluid and brings the fluid back to areas where there is a free lymphatic flow.

Cure Tape has unique properties which make it accessible to almost everyone.

During the 2-day course, we will cover the following subjects:

  • The lymphatic system’s basic working mechanisms
  • Instructions on the different types of CureTape and their specific uses
  • How to apply the tape properly and treat:
    • Head and neck edema, including migraine management:
    • Pubic swelling or midline edema
    • Breast cancer-related lymphedema
    • Orthopedic edema
    • Post-surgical edema, including jaw surgery
    • Secondary lymphedema of the lower and upper limbs
